Candidates are screened through a sophisticated filtering process that delivers a better matched, more committed and higher quality graduate pool to a wide range of employers (from SME’s to FTSE 100 companies and major public bodies).
Our filtering process also allows us to monitor progression of students, pin-point key qualities and developing competencies within each of our student users. This allows us to take employer requirements and match them specifically to student qualities.
